

BOULDER, Colo. – Following a camp held this past weekend in Merrimack, Mass., consisting of 53 players, Head Coach Matt Sherman and his coaching staff have selected 33 of college rugby’s best who will make up the 2014 Men’s Collegiate All-American touring side.
The 33-man squad consists of 19 players representing D1A teams. Those men who have worked hard to earn the privilege of representing USA Rugby are:

Michael Gierlach, Lock – Lindenwood
Harry Higgins, Lock – Arkansas State
Paris Hollis, Prop – Life
Stephen Karas, Prop – Colorado State
Kalei Konrad, Flyahlf – San Diego State
Niku Kruger, Scrumhalf – Kutztown
Michael Lawrenson, Lock – Kutztown
Angus MacLellan, Prop – Davenport
Peter Malcolm, Flanker – Wheeling Jesuit
Cooper Maloney, Wing – Saint Mary’s
Kingsley McGowan, Outside Center – Saint Mary’s

The team is currently training at Dartmouth College for a three-match domestic tour against international competition. The team’s first match will be held at Dartmouth, while the following two will be played at the Irish Cultural Center in Canton, Mass.
