D1A Rugby: Several D1A players to take part in Collegiate Stars and Stripes Camp

BOULDER, Colo. – Twenty-one players from D1A Rugby will attend this week’s Junior and Collegiate Stars and Stripes Camp presented by WellDog.

The camp attendees, which totals 67 athletes, will be under the tutelage and watchful eye of the new AIG Men’s Collegiate All-American coaching staff, which is led by Dartmouth Head Coach and former Leicester Tiger hooker Gavin Hickie.

“We would like to sincerely thank the players, their families and friends, along with their respective rugby teams, for making the sacrifices needed to ensure the camp will be a success,” Hickie said. “With 67 athletes attending, we are fully prepared for a comprehensive and thorough examination of our players’ current skill levels in camp, backed up with a long-term development plan, working with their team’s coaches.”
